Where can I buy tickets?
You don’t have to book your tickets online. You can also buy them at our reception.
If you would prefer online, you can do so here.
With one ticket you can visit all of our expos.
Is the museum open on the holidays?
We’re open on the holidays except for 24, 25, 31 of December and 1 January.
How long is a guided tour?
A guided tour is about one or one and a half hour.
When is the Het Badhuis café open?
Our cafe is open from Tuesday to Sunday.
Tuesday - Friday: 10h - 17h
Saturday - Sunday: 13h - 18h
Can I have a picknick at the Dr. Guislain Museum?
Of course, we have picknick tables in our courtyard. You can also buy some snacks in our cafe Het Badhuis.
Can I take shelter from the rain or heat at the Dr Guislain Museum?
Our galleries do offer shelter! You don’t need to buy a museum ticket to enjoy our courtyard garden!
As a resident of Ghent, can I visit the museum for free on Sunday mornings??
Unfortunately not; we are not a municipal museum. Furthermore, we are closed on Sunday mornings.
Can I visit the De Kabinetten art collection?
Unfortunately not; it is currently closed until further notice.
