IRAN
Before the first missiles were even launched, dozens of works by Iranian artists had already found a quiet home in our art storage. While today’s headlines focus on power and conflict, we have long been looking toward the unbreakable imagination and radical desire for peace shown by individuals.
These artists live on the margins and have faced intense pressure for years, yet their work is full of colour, mythology, and deep humanity. They are not at war with a world that seems to have forgotten them; through their art, they keep searching for connection and inner peace. Their creativity doesn’t wait for permission from history; they build their own peaceful reality, one that rises above borders and systems.
We see it as our responsibility to show this ‘invisible’ resilience and their unifying voices only when the moment is safe and right. Real peace often begins where power stops: in the free space of the human mind.
